About our company, service areas and the pests we treat in Mauritius.

Which areas of Mauritius do you cover?

We are based in Cap Malheureux and regularly serve the north of the island, including Grand Baie, Péreybère and surrounding regions. For other parts of Mauritius, we may still be able to help, depending on the type of job and scheduling. Send us your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability.

Which pests do you treat?

We treat most common pests found in Mauritian homes, villas and businesses:

  • Cockroaches and ants – especially in kitchens and food areas
  • Rodents – rats and mice in roofs, storerooms and outside areas
  • Bed bugs – in bedrooms and guest houses
  • Fleas – particularly in homes with pets
  • Mosquitoes and flying insects – around houses and gardens
  • Other crawling insects (spiders, etc.) in and around the property

If you are not sure which pest you have, you can send us photos or a short video on WhatsApp and we will guide you.

  • Private homes, apartments and villas
  • Guest houses, hotels and Airbnbs
  • Restaurants, snack bars and cafés
  • Shops, offices and warehouses

For businesses, we can also set up a regular service contract with visits scheduled monthly or quarterly, depending on your needs.

Safety, products & treatment process

How we work, what products we use and how we protect your family, pets and property.

Is pest control safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use approved products and methods that are suitable for homes with children and pets. However, there are simple safety rules:

  • Children and pets may need to stay out of treated rooms for a certain period.
  • We recommend keeping pets away until all surfaces are completely dry.
  • Food and utensils should be removed or protected in kitchen areas.

Before starting any treatment, our technician will explain exactly what to do and answer all your questions.

Which products and methods do you use?

We use a combination of professional products and techniques depending on the pest:

  • Sprays for skirting boards, cracks and certain surfaces
  • Gels and baits for cockroaches and ants in sensitive areas
  • Bait stations or traps for rodents

Our goal is to achieve effective pest control while keeping the treatment as safe and discreet as possible for your family, guests or clients.

How long does a treatment take?

It depends on the size of the property and the complexity of the job. For a standard home treatment, most visits take between 45 minutes and 2 hours.

Larger properties (hotels, warehouses, restaurants) may take longer and sometimes require treatments in several phases.

How long will the treatment remain effective?

In many cases, you will notice a big improvement within a few days. The duration depends on:

  • The type of pest (for example, bed bugs vs. cockroaches)
  • The level of infestation
  • Hygiene, food storage and maintenance around the property

We will advise if a follow-up visit is recommended to achieve the best long-term result.

Pricing, preparation & aftercare

What it costs, how to get a quote and what you should do before and after a visit.

How much does pest control cost in Mauritius?

There is no single price for every situation. The cost depends on:

  • The size and type of property (apartment, house, villa, business)
  • The type of pest (cockroaches, ants, rodents, bed bugs, fleas, mosquitoes, etc.)
  • The level of infestation (light, moderate, severe)
  • Your location and accessibility

Before any visit, we will give you a clear estimate, and for many jobs we can provide an approximate price range using photos and information you send via WhatsApp.

How can I get an accurate quote?

The best way is to send us:

  • Your location in Mauritius
  • Short description of the problem (where you see the pests, since when, etc.)
  • Photos or a short video of the affected areas

You can send all this directly to us via WhatsApp on +230 5815 8521.

How should I prepare my home before you come?

Preparation depends on the type of pest, but in general we recommend:

  • Clearing kitchen worktops and putting food away in closed containers
  • Moving items slightly away from skirting boards where possible
  • Keeping pets away from the main treatment zones
  • For bed bugs and fleas: washing bedding and some fabrics at high temperature

We will always tell you exactly what is required when we book the appointment.

What should I do after the treatment?

After the treatment, we may ask you to:

  • Keep windows open for some ventilation in certain rooms
  • Avoid mopping specific treated areas for a period of time
  • Monitor pest activity and note anything unusual

You will receive simple, clear aftercare instructions before we leave the site.

Business, contracts & documentation

Information for hotels, restaurants, shops, offices and other Mauritian businesses.

Do you offer regular pest control contracts for businesses?

Yes. For hotels, guest houses, restaurants, food businesses and warehouses, we can set up a planned service contract with visits scheduled monthly, every two months or quarterly, depending on your level of risk and regulatory requirements.

Can you provide documentation for hygiene or audit purposes?

We can provide basic documentation about the treatments carried out on your site. For regular business clients, we keep a record of:

  • Dates of visits
  • Main areas treated
  • Type of pests targeted

This can support your hygiene procedures and internal audits.

Can you visit outside normal working hours?

For businesses, especially restaurants and hotels, we understand that timing is important. Wherever possible, we try to plan visits at times that suit you, for example:

  • Between services for restaurants
  • During quieter periods for hotels and guest houses
  • Before or after opening hours for shops and offices
